Social Networking Apps in Slovenia Q3 2025: Performance Insights

During the third quarter of 2025, the top social networking apps in Slovenia showed varied performance trends on the unified platform, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Threads experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 2.5K and decreasing to approximately 1.4K by the end of September. However, weekly active users saw an overall upward trend, peaking at about 130K mid-quarter before stabilizing at around 123K.

WhatsApp Messenger maintained steady weekly downloads, averaging around 3K throughout the quarter. Active users fluctuated, reaching a high of approximately 648K in early August before settling at around 561K by the end of September.

Bump - hang with friends IRL showed a slight variation in weekly downloads, peaking at 1K in the last week of September. Active user numbers also rose steadily, from about 11K at the start of the quarter to over 12K by the end.

Rakuten Viber Messenger demonstrated a consistent revenue stream, averaging around $900 with a peak of $1.2K in mid-September. Weekly downloads remained stable, and active users increased from about 469K to over 519K by quarter's end.

Telegram Messenger saw a modest increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $2.7K in early September. Downloads fluctuated slightly, averaging 1.2K weekly, while active users showed some variability, ending at approximately 111K.
